1/4”Aluminum Plate
We offer precision water jet cutting on our 2 Jet Edge cutting machines. High-Definition water jet cutting is a unique process that coordinates motion control, process accuracy and material reaction as separate and distinct variables to provide the best possible cutting precision.

3” Aluminum Block
Our CAD/CAM systems allow importing of DXF, DWG, IGES and HPGL files. Scanning of artwork and company logos is also available which our unique software automatically converts into a DXF file.
Some of the materials a water jet cutter can process include:
- stainless steel
- copper
- stone
- plastics
- glass
- inconell
- carbon steel
- aluminum
- ceramic tile
- UHMW
- rubber
- tool steel
- brass

Ceramic Floor Tiles
Advantages of Water Jet Cutting:
- no tool contact provides distortion-free cutting, no tool gouging or stress risors
- there are no heat affected zones
- cutting tolerances to within +/- 0.005”
- our 2 water cutting stations can cut up to 8” thick
- CNC gantry systems with 48” x 96” and 96” x 120” bed sizes
- less expensive than conventional machining processing
- reduced material usage due to shape nesting
