Koch’s facilities include 2 plants with approximately 40,000 sq. ft. of shop area. Koch’s main plant at 511 Jarvis has 35,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space which includes laser cutting and CNC turret punch capabilities. Koch has a 5000 sq. ft shop dedicated to welding which has 12 work stations. This shop offers full Mig and Tig capabilities and is equipped with fume extraction arms, air make-up unit and bulk gas delivery system to meet your toughest welding demands. We have extensive knowledge and experience in Kanban and JIT direct supply chain processing and have been trained in Lean Manufacturing. The shipping / receiving departments use 6,000 lb. and 4,500 lb. capacity forklifts for loading and unloading. The company has 2 pick-up trucks, a flat deck 1 ton truck, a service van and a trailer for on-site services and deliveries. Our material inventory has over 100,000 lbs. of various metals and sizes to meet our customers’ every requirement.
